COVID-19 preventive measures

The above protocol is based on the latest recommendations of the French health authorities. Any changes in the future will comply with their new requirements. We will keep you posted about any such changes.

General information

Procedures at trade show reception

  • Everyone at the exhibition must wear a mask.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance to the exhibition, at the general police station as well as in all the common areas of the show: VIP-Press Club, catering areas, entertainment areas. Signs detailing preventive procedures will be placed at all exhibition entrances and strategic points.
  • All visitors’ badges will be digitized. Exhibitors’ paper badges will be available to each exhibitor before the show or during mounting.
  • Incoming and outgoing foot traffic will be controlled to enable global head counts at all times.

Reorganization of show meeting spaces

  • A direction of movement will be indicated with a separate entrance and exit, in each meeting area: reception, conference area, entertainment areas, catering areas, VIP-Press club, etc.
  • Discussion spaces will be enlarged to permit social distancing
  • Toilets, public spaces and door handles will be disinfected more frequently …
  • Specific COVID waste bins will be installed throughout the Show.
Visitors dedicated information

  • Each visitor must wash their hands with hydroalcoholic gel when entering the show and then entering each stand and each common areas (catering areas, entertainment areas, etc).
  • All visitors’ badges will be digitized.

  • Each visitor must comply with social distancing measures at the show..
Exhibitors dedicated information

The organisation team planned on site:

  • The management of flow directions,
  • The entry and exit counting of participants in order to control the overall population present at the show at all times,
  • Controls of actual sanitary measures,
  • The presence of first-aid workers during the assembly and dismantling periods,
  • The presence of a doctor during the opening days of the show,
  • The implementation of a structure to receive people with symptoms or people who have been detected by first-aid workers during their visits,
  • The opening of all sanitary facilities with regular and reinforced maintenance and cleaning,
  • The implementation of hand sanitizer dispensers at the entrances, exits, halls and exhibition areas,
  • The expansion of dining and resting areas to comply with physical distancing guidelines,
  • The obligation to wear a mask or a visor,
  • The display of the barrier measures to be observed within the hall,
  • A daily point of information and questions/answers on health measures during the show,
  • To dematerialize communication materials.

Every person with proven symptoms, identified by the first-aid workers or at the entrances, will be refused entry and will be handled by the dedicated services on site.


Exhibitors’ requirements

For your employees, service providers & subcontractors, it is necessary to:

  • To remind prevention measures before the show, raise awareness among the reception staff.
  • To promote pre-built stand structures and easily cleanable furniture.
  • To prohibit the collective use of tools.
  • To designate a Covid-19 referent on your stand.
  • To remind the mandatory use of a mask or a visor.
  • To define work schedules that integrate health measures (only for bare stand).
  • To plan for the disinfection of contact surfaces between users and the provision of wipes and hand sanitizer in case of shared use of vehicles and/or tools.
  • To favor dematerialized communication media (flyers, catalogs, maps, etc.)

And for your attendees, it is necessary to:

  • To favor appointment scheduling for demonstration.
  • To provide visitors with hydro-alcoholic gel washing points.
  • To ensure a strong and visible display of health instructions for your staff and visitors.
