Green City Day returns to Paysalia 2027 to bring together French and European local governments to address the major challenges of sustainable cities. Designed for elected officials, local government employees, urban planners, and public decision-makers, this exclusive event will feature a program of conferences, case studies, themed tours, inspiring discussions, and networking opportunities focused on urban greening, climate adaptation, water management, biodiversity, and quality of life in urban areas.
Following the 2025 edition, which brought together 27 speakers from French and international municipalities—including Milan, Turin, Helsinki, Zaragoza, Seville, Vilnius, Lyon, Saint-Étienne, Paris, and Le Havre—Green City Day 2027 aims to further strengthen exchanges between regions and highlight concrete solutions that are transforming the cities of tomorrow.
A unique event to find inspiration, share experiences, and discover innovations that address the challenges facing local communities. Because in the face of climate challenges, the green city is no longer an option—it is a necessity.

A true showcase of excellence in landscaping, the Carré des Jardiniers is one of Paysalia’s iconic highlights. This unique competition highlights the talent, creativity, and expertise of landscaping professionals through temporary gardens designed around an original theme.
Over the course of several months, contestants tackle a demanding design and construction challenge before presenting their projects to an exceptional jury composed of renowned figures in the profession. Innovation, technical mastery, an understanding of plants, and consideration of major contemporary issues are at the heart of the evaluation.
Much more than just a competition, the Carré des Jardiniers is a remarkable laboratory of ideas, a source of inspiration for the entire industry, and an unmissable event for discovering the trends that will shape the landscapes of tomorrow.
