Now is the time to showcase your talent. Entries for the new edition of the CARRE DES JARDINIERS 2027 are officially open! From September 7 to December 31, 2026, landscape designers and contractors are invited to join the adventure and compete for one of the profession’s most prestigious awards.
Organized as part of Paysalia 2027, the competition continues its mission: to discover talent in the field of landscape architecture, promote their expertise, and highlight the excellence of a profession that imagines and shapes the outdoor spaces of tomorrow.
A 2027 EDITION THAT MARKS A TURNING POINT
For this new edition, the Carré des Jardiniers is evolving to become more accessible, more visible, and more ambitious than ever. The goal: to enable more professionals to take the plunge and embark on a unique personal and professional journey.
Among the major new features of this edition:
- A simplified application process requiring a portfolio of 3 to 5 projects;
- Enhanced support for applicants and finalists;
- Coaching provided by the Club Carré des Jardiniers;
- Dedicated media support;
- Greater visibility for projects and candidates.
Another major change: candidates are no longer required to address a specific theme in their applications. They are now invited to present projects that reflect their identity, creativity, and vision of the landscape. This newfound freedom will help showcase the full diversity of expertise within the industry.

Participating in the Carré des Jardiniers is much more than simply entering a contest.
It means taking on an extraordinary professional challenge, presenting your vision to a jury of experts, rallying your teams around an ambitious project, and gaining exceptional visibility among industry stakeholders.
Held at the heart of Paysalia—which drew more than 41,500 trade visitors during its last edition in 2025—the competition offers participants a unique opportunity to showcase their work to French and international professionals, local governments, influencers, specialized media, and industry partners.
Creativity, challenge, pushing one’s limits, networking, and collaboration: these are all reasons why the Carré des Jardiniers is a memorable experience in any professional’s career.
How to Apply?
To enter the competition, simply:
✅ Select 3 to 5 projects that showcase your expertise;
✅ Put together your portfolio;
✅ Submit your application via the dedicated platform by December 31, 2026.
Following the various selection stages:
• 10 candidates will be shortlisted;
• 4 finalists will be selected;
• The finalists will create their gardens at Paysalia 2027;
• One of them will win the prestigious title of 2027 Carré des Jardiniers Winner.
